GFIRS C.I.C.
GFIRS C.I.C. is our Community Interest Company, dedicated to the evaluation and rating of non-profit organisations and social enterprises. The CIC structure ensures that our public benefit mission is legally protected, independently governed, and accountable to the communities we serve. This ring-fences the integrity of our work with mission-driven organisations from commercial pressures.
GFIRS Intelligence Ventures Limited
GFIRS Intelligence Ventures Limited is our commercial entity, serving SMEs, hybrid organisations, and institutional clients. It generates the revenue, scale, and institutional credibility needed to sustain and grow the platform globally, funding the broader GFIRS mission through commercial success rather than dependency on grant funding alone.
Together, the two entities embody our foundational belief: that commercial sustainability and social mission are not in tension but are mutually reinforcing when built on the right infrastructure. At the heart of both is the GFI Score which is a proprietary, independent assessment of financial health, governance quality, impact performance, and ESG compliance that creates a standardised, merit-based pathway to credibility for every organisation we rate, regardless of size, geography, or existing relationships.
